  • Steve Royle

    PATRON

    Steve Royle is a comedian, actor, radio presenter and variety star combining stand-up comedy, madcap antics and juggling.

    Steve is a veteran of 29 pantomimes. He was recently voted “Best Comic” at the UK Pantomime awards 2025, for his role as Buttons in Cinderella at The Grand Theatre, Blackpool (UK Productions), a theatre where he has appeared for the past 22 years starring in over 1000 shows. In 2016 he was made an honorary member of The Friends of The Grand for his services to the theatre.

    In 2020 Steve came third on Britain’s Got Talent performing to the 4 judges, a live virtual audience of 500 and over 12 million people nationwide watching on TV.

    Speaking about becoming a patron of TramShed Theatre Company, Steve Said: “Having witnessed first hand the wonderful work TramShed Theatre does for many disadvantaged members of the community, I am delighted to be able to help in any way I can as a patron. It is fantastic to watch the enthusiasm and hard work both the members and arts practitioners put into every performance and so rewarding to see the smiles on their and their audiences faces when they do”.

  • Graham Liver

    PATRON

    Graham Liver has been a familiar face and voice to people across the North West for more than three decades. He has worked for the BBC since he was 18 and now presents the Breakfast show on BBC Radio Lancashire and the news on BBC North West Tonight. Over the years, Graham has raised well over £500,000 for charity during his many Children in Need challenges. This money has gone towards ensuring that every child in Lancashire has a safe, happy and secure childhood - and the chance to reach their full potential. In his spare time, Graham enjoys walking in the Lancashire countryside with his fiancée, Dave, and their dog, Toby.

    Speaking about becoming a patron of TramShed Theatre Company, Graham said: “Over the years, I have seen up close the brilliant work that TramShed do. The impact they have on young people across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde is immeasurable. It is truly inclusive theatre, where differences are celebrated and nobody is excluded. I am very proud to become a patron of an organisation which is making such a real difference to lives of young people in Lancashire.”

  • Sheridan Smith

    PATRON

    In 1999 Sheridan burst onto our screens as Emma in The Royale Family. Since that debut, she has a showcased an incredible career, with television, film, radio and stage appearances, spanning two decades. Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, Gavin & Stacey, Legally Blonde and Funny Girl, to name but a few. Sheridan’s talents have been recognised with several awards, including a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for Legally Blonde and an NTA for her lead role in Cilla.

    Speaking about becoming a patron of TramShed Theatre Company, Sheridan said: “When Zac then asked me to be a patron I was honoured and of course immediately agreed. I can’t think of a better company and charity to be involved with. People from all walks of life being given this opportunity to be free, happy and express themselves through arts is the most humbling experience I have ever witnessed. I am so proud to be involved in any way I can”.

  • Linda Nolan

    Always remembering Linda…

    Linda Nolan sadly passed away on 15th January 2025, following a long battle with cancer. Linda has been an avid supporter of our inclusive practice since 2009 and will be incredibly missed. Our hearts go out to Linda's family. We would like to remember Linda for her beautiful personality, creativity, talent and caring nature.
